MEN LIBIDO DIET

To increase the sexual desire, improve ability to have sex, and increase the pleasure you can give and get from sex, the diet is of paramount importance.



Stimulants, aphrodisiacs, minerals, vitamins, proteins, acids, the healthy one I mean, they all contribute greatly to your all in all state of being in regards to functioning your best. Just briefly here, I am sure you can easily google all of it, but to name the components that have the prime effect on your stamina and libido are.


Vitamin A, vitamins B, vitamin E, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Omega 3s and some minerals.

I encourage you to find foods rich on all these and compare it to your current daily menu. Change accordingly. In general, it’s a wide range of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fibre, healthy oils, seafood, lean meat, nuts, etc etc. In a nutshell, it’s balanced, heart-healthy diet.
