Penis is not a muscle, you cannot really grow it much longer or bigger like you do in the gym with your biceps or abs.

Penis is made of spongy tissues that get filled with blood generating the stiffness, the hard-on. So the size of the penis predominantly depends on the amount of blood that gets in there and obviously on the condition of the tissues and blood vessels.

The good news is, by strengthening muscles, the real muscle tissues in the pelvic floor, you assure the best possible conditions, the best possible blood flow in that region, for a really strong hard hard-on. And that’s a fact and that’s something you certainly can impact with the exercises. At the end of the day, it’s not that much about the size itself is it…what women appreciate more than a 1 foot dick 2 inches thick, is the erection. When they can feel the firmness and the aliveness of it, pulsating, even slightly vibrating with energy…that’s when they go crazy, don’t you agree?
